Henderson County Schools-A.B. Chandler Elementary Chiller Replacement

The Henderson County Public Schools will receive sealed proposals at the offices of the Henderson County Board of Education for the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor and supervision required for the completion of “Henderson County Schools, A.B. Chandler Elementary Chiller Replacement”.

Proposals will be received until, but no later than, 2:00, p.m., prevailing time, June 22, 2017, then opened and publicly read aloud.

The Architect for the project is RBS Design Group, P.S.C., 723 Harvard Drive, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301 (Tele. 270/683-1158). Copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from Maco/Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana (812/464-8108). A 5% Bid Security and 100% Performance and Payment Bond are required for this project.

The scoring of bids/proposals is subject to Reciprocal preference for Kentucky resident bidders and Preferences for a Qualified Bidder.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner.

 

Caldwell County Bright Life Farms Housing Project-CDBG Project Number: 14-020
Caldwell County Fiscal Court, Kentucky (Owner)
Proposals will be received by the Caldwell County Fiscal Court (Owner) for labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete the Caldwell County Bright Life Farms Housing Project in Princeton, Kentucky. Work is to be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by RBS Design Group. (Architect).
The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Bid opening will be public and all contracts will be with the owner. All questions concerning plans and specifi cations should be directed, in writing, to the architect’s attention:

Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained from MacoEvansville Blue, located at 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana, 47708 (812/464-8108), upon deposit of $200.00 for each set. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such set promptly and in good condition, will be refunded his payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning such a set will be refunded $0, unless plans are returned 5 days prior to the date of the bid opening.

Bids will be due June 28, 2017, at 2:00 PM CST, at the Caldwell County Courthouse located at 100 E. Market Street Room 27, Princeton,
KY 42445, and will be opened and read aloud. Proposals must be accompanied by a fi ve percent (5%) Bid Bond. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the Owner with a 100% performance and material payment bond.
Preparation of Bid:
Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity,
Form 950.1; Certification of Bidder (Contractor) Concerning Labor Standards and Prevailing Wage Requirements, Form 1421;
Certification of Bidder Regarding Section 3 and Segregated Facilities; and Contractor Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and
Other Responsibilities. All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, in both words and figures, and the foregoing
Certifications must be fully completed and executed when submitted.

Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, address, and the Bid Package Number for which the bid is submitted. Only the original Form of Proposal is required, no additional copies are required.

If a bidder wishes to mail a bid, it should be mailed to the Caldwell County Fiscal Court, 100 E. Market Street Room 27, Princeton, KY
42445. If bid is mailed, it must be received prior to the bid time and date noted. Facsimile bids will NOT be allowed. Bids received after
the deadline will not be opened. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope
addressed as specified.
A pre-bid conference will be held June 21, 2017, at 10:00 AM CST, at the site, 10200 Farmersville Road, Princeton, KY. All bidders
are urged to attend.

Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis/Bacon Act and/or State of Kentucky Prevailing minimum wages to be paid under contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O 11246 and Title VI. Minority bidders are encouraged to bid.


WEBSTER COUNTY SCHOOLS, CLAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REROOFING, PROVIDENCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REROOFING

The Webster County Schools will receive lump sum sealed proposals at the offices of the Webster County Board of Education, 28 State Route 1340, Dixon, KY., for the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor and supervision required for the completion of WEBSTER COUNTY SCHOOLS, CLAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REROOFING, PROVIDENCE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REROOFING”.

Proposals will be received until, but no later than, 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, June 20, 2017, then opened and publicly read aloud.

A prebid conference will be held on June 6, 2017, at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, at Providence Elementary School, 470 S. Broadway St. Providence, KY 42450.

Owensboro Public Schools Newton Parrish Elementary Additions and Renovations and Foust Elementary Restroom Renovations

The Owensboro Independent Board of Education will receive lump sum sealed proposals at the offices of the Board of Education for the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor and supervision required for the completion of “Owensboro Public Schools Newton Parrish Elementary Additions and Renovations and Foust Elementary Restroom Renovations”.

Proposals will be received until, but no later than, 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, June 20, 2017, then opened and publicly read aloud.

A prebid conference will be held on June 1, 2017, at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, at Newton Parrish Elementary School, 510 West Byers Avenue, Owensboro, KY. All bidders should plan on attending this meeting.

The Caverna Independent Schools will receive sealed proposals at the offices of the Caverna Independent Schools Board of Education for the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor and supervision required for the completion of “Caverna Independent Schools, Caverna Elementary School EIFS Repairs”.
